Glow With Time · Data control

Account &
data deletion.

You can delete GloWT cloud data from inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can still initiate a deletion request from this webpage by contacting Nic of Time Apps.

Delete from inside GloWT

  1. Open More → Account and cloud.
  2. Open the cloud-data deletion control.
  3. Review the warning showing what cloud data will be removed and what stays local.
  4. Enter the required confirmation phrase and confirm permanent cloud-data deletion.
  5. If the account contains a large amount of private cloud media or a temporary service error occurs, GloWT may require the deletion action to be continued/retried until the app reports completion.

The authenticated app deletion flow derives the cloud account from your verified GloWT session; the app does not ask you to type an arbitrary account ID.

Request deletion without the app

Use the prominent email link above, or email nicoftimestudios@gmail.com with the subject Glow With Time account deletion request.

When possible, send the request from the Google email address you used to connect your GloWT cloud account and include that address in the request. Nic of Time Apps may ask for reasonable additional verification before acting on a request, to avoid deleting another collector’s data. You can initiate the request from this webpage without reinstalling GloWT.

Operational security: Never send your Google password, Google ID token, GloWT session token, Google Play purchase token or backup encryption material by email. Nic of Time Apps will not ask for those secrets.

Cloud data covered by deletion

  • account-scoped core cloud collection records;
  • private cloud-media originals and their cloud manifests;
  • recurring online-service usage rows;
  • Collector Pro entitlement records held by GloWT;
  • cloud refresh credentials used for GloWT session continuity.

A limited security revocation record may be retained for a bounded period where necessary to keep previously issued credentials revoked. Nic of Time Apps may also retain information where required for legal, fraud-prevention or security obligations and will disclose such retention when applicable.

What cloud deletion does not delete

  • your local Vault and local managed photos on your device;
  • backups, CSV/JSON exports, images or media packages you saved or shared elsewhere;
  • files held by a third-party service you chose to share with;
  • Google Play billing history or your Google account.

To remove local GloWT data, use the app’s own delete controls, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall it after making any backups you wish to keep.

Collector Pro cancellation is separate

Deleting GloWT cloud data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop renewal, manage Collector Pro in Google Play. Likewise, cancelling Collector Pro does not automatically delete GloWT cloud data.
