1. What Collector Pro is

Collector Pro supports recurring online services available to the connected GloWT account. The current service boundary includes connected AI/search usage and private cloud-media capabilities. Exact features available to an account can depend on app version, service availability and entitlement state.

Collector Pro does not sell ownership of GloWT, does not guarantee AI results, and does not turn research outputs into professional authentication, appraisal or safety certification.

2. Price, billing and automatic renewal

Collector Pro is a monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The price shown in GloWT comes from Google Play and is localized for the purchasing account/market where available.

Collector Pro renews automatically each month until cancelled. Google Play charges the payment method associated with the subscriber’s Google Play account according to Google Play’s billing terms.

3. Subscription is optional

An active Collector Pro subscription is not required to use the local Vault. Local records, local search, editing, backup, restore and export remain available without an active subscription. Features that create ongoing provider/storage cost may require an active, server-verified Collector Pro entitlement.

4. Verification and account connection

Paid online-service access is authorized only after Google Play purchase information is securely verified for the connected GloWT cloud account. A pending or merely observed purchase does not by itself authorize paid online services. Restoring a purchase can be used to re-establish entitlement where supported.

5. Manage or cancel

You can manage or cancel Collector Pro through Google Play. Cancelling stops future renewal in accordance with Google Play’s rules; access generally continues for the remainder of the already-paid period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.

Uninstalling GloWT does not cancel the subscription.

6. Cloud-data deletion is separate

Deleting GloWT cloud data does not cancel Collector Pro in Google Play. Cancelling Collector Pro does not automatically delete GloWT cloud data. Use the account & data deletion process if you also want GloWT cloud data removed.

7. Service availability and reasonable-use controls

Online services depend on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure. Nic of Time Apps may use server-side quotas, rate limits, abuse protection and other reasonable controls to keep recurring services reliable and economically sustainable. Any material production allowance or limit presented to subscribers should be shown accurately in the app before it affects use.

8. Refunds and billing disputes

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund eligibility and payment disputes are governed by Google Play’s applicable policies and local law unless Nic of Time Apps expressly provides a more favourable remedy.

9. Changes

Collector Pro features, limits or pricing may change as service costs and product capabilities change. Material subscription changes will be reflected through the app and/or Google Play as required.
